Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
Here at the Mike Hayward Collection we take pride in our products and we value our relationship with you. If your goods are not in excellent condition on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will organise their return and replacement. If for any reason you are not 100 per cent satisfied with the quality of your goods you may return them within 10 days for a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number (RMA). To secure an RMA please contact us at email@example.com
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.mikehaywardcollection.com
Items must be returned with the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original dispatch note.
It is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the goods are damaged or deemed of poor quality. In all other cases they are the responsibility of the customer.
