Chateau Impney

Chateau Impney, near Droitwich Spa in Worcestershire, has a fine motoring tradition.

The first sprint at this venue was organised by Hagley and District Light Car Club in 1957, and was followed by a decade of thrilling competition.

Motorsport at Chateau Impney ended after the 1967 sprint but, in 2013, a commemorative event attracted thousands of visitors.

This led to great public interest in a revival of the Chateau Impney Hill Climb, which saw the historic event make a welcome return in July 2015.
